Booking & Rate Policies

• DEPOSIT FOR 1-4 NIGHTS
  Equal to one night stay
• DEPOSIT FOR 5+ NIGHTS
  25% Total stay
• Rates based on double occupancy
• $15.00 fee for each additional person up
  to maximum allowed per room.
• Children 6 years and younger are free.
• TAXES: Combined 12.416% Hawaii
  State & Accommodation Tax
  

Service Fee:

• A one-time service fee of $20 (per unit) is
  applied for reservations of one or two night
  stays.
• Service fee is waived for reservations of
  three (3) or more nights.

Cancellation Fees:

• $50 with 15 or more days notice.
• Deposit is forfeited with less than 15 days notice.
• Cancellation fees are per unit if multiple units
  are reserved.

Check-in 2 pm - 8 pm
Please contact us if you will be arriving after 8 pm.
